DTU Executive MBA is an AMBA-accredited Master in Management of Technology programme for ambitious professionals at various stages of their careers who seek to enhance their skills in leadership, innovation, and technology. Participants include current executives and senior managers, aspiring leaders, and mid-career professionals aiming to elevate their impact through an investment in an MBA programme.

Admission requirements include a bachelor’s degree, HD, or equivalent professional experience, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience. This must include at least three years in a managerial role, gained through direct reports, consulting assignments, or project management.

Stephan has been affiliated with INSEAD since 2011 and directs and teaches on corporate
partnership programmes in Fontainebleau and for the Middle East campus in Abu Dhabi. His
teaching covers the various areas how individual and collective mind sets, dynamics, an
behaviours impact performance–both at organisational and individual level.
