Payment

You can only participate in the class once the payment of tuition fee has been registered. We reserve the right to deregister the participant in the event of non-payment.

Payment terms

The following payment methods can be used: MobilePay, Visa, Visa/dankort, Visa Elektron, MasterCard, MasterCard Direct, Maestro, EAN, and invoice.

When you pay electronically, your information is transferred to Bambora via an encrypted SSL connection, which means that your information cannot be read or decoded by anyone other than Bambora.
DTU is approved by Bambora to handle the above payment cards.
Invoice payment terms are 30 days.

Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed electronically in an email immediately after we have received your order. The following information will appear on your order confirmation:
• Your name and address
• Description and price of your order.

Conditions for withdrawel, cancellation, and refund of tuition fees

You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Contracts Act. Electronic course materials are generally non-refundable.

When registering for courses or modules, there is a 14-day right to withdraw unless otherwise specified, after which registration is binding. If you register later than 15 days before the start of the course, the right of withdrawal expires the day before the start of the course. In case of cancellation of a purchased course or module, the tuition fee is refunded. Your tuition fee will be refunded to the payment card used to pay for the course or module.

Personal information

When registering via the website, information is recorded only for sending confirmation of registration and for payment via Bambora. The registration takes place as the entered information about name and address is automatically sent via email to the employee at DTU who is responsible for handling the registration. The information is stored securely by DTU and is not passed on to third parties.

Price changes

DTU reserves the right to make adjustments to the tuition fees.

In general

Payment for a course or module entitles you to participate in the associated exam.
Single-course students are entitled to three exam attempts included in the tuition fee. Additional attempts require a waiver upon application.
Diploma and Master students have the right to participate in a corresponding exam in the following two semesters or the next time the course or module is offered, without additional payment.

If you do not pass/participate in these exams and wish to retake the exam, you must apply for a waiver for the fourth attempt. In case of approval, you will be charged for taking the exam again.
