What was your professional background before joining the Executive MBA programme?

Before joining the Executive MBA, I led Digital Banking Business Development, where we built and scaled the organisation from the ground up. I was responsible for around 30 people across three sites, including a strategic nearshore setup, with end-to-end ownership of platform strategy, team leadership and stakeholder alignment. My background combines deep product expertise with increasing strategic responsibility, working across digital transformation, customer-centric innovation and execution of complex roadmaps in a regulated environment.

“I was at a point where I needed to shift my perspective – from being deeply engaged in execution to leading more strategically.
