Jackie is Director of Practice at DTU Executive Education, Technical University of Denmark. She is co-director of the Master program in Sustainable Leadership, a technology and innovation driven sustainability program. Jackie is an experienced social entrepreneur and has worked on developing, disseminating, and implementing sustainability solutions globally, including in Denmark, 11 Africa countries, India, China, and Singapore. As an entrepreneur and leader, Jackie has led multiple social enterprises that bring sustainability solutions to market, including her social enterprise Essmart, which distributes 350+ sustainable products to rural India via local retail shops. As a facilitator, she has designed programs, courses, and toolkits for developing sustainability solutions within companies at INSEAD, Harvard, MIT, for the UN Global Compact and the U.S. Embassy, and for UNLEASH, a global innovation co-creation program for the SDGs. Jackie has a BS in mechanical engineering from Harvard and an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge. She has been featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and has been expert contributor both on National Public Radio in the US and in the Economist.
