Masterclass: Beyond Disruption – Rethinking the Spectrum of Innovation
Discover how to balance incremental and disruptive innovation through a proven framework that connects research, strategy, and practice — and learn how to position your organization for sustainable growth.
Executives often fall into the trap of believing that only radical, disruptive innovation fuels growth. The reality is far more nuanced: routine and incremental innovations, when embedded in the right organizational set-up, can deliver just as much — and sometimes more — long-term value. Innovation is not a binary choice between the “safe” and the “revolutionary.” It is a portfolio of approaches that organizations must learn to balance.
In this masterclass, you will discover a consolidated framework that maps innovation across two dimensions — product and market radicalness — and connects it to the evolution of innovation models, from technology push and market pull to networked and converged approaches. By blending decades of research with practical insights, the session equips you with the tools to answer four critical questions: Where are you now? Where do you want to be? Where should you be? What competences and models are required to get you there?.
Key Takeaways:
- Understand why incremental and routine innovation are just as vital as disruptive breakthroughs.
- Apply a clear framework to assess and balance your organization’s innovation portfolio.
- Learn how innovation models have evolved — and how to leverage them for today’s challenges.
- Gain actionable insights to align your innovation strategy with long-term business growth.
This masterclass is designed for leaders and executives who want to move beyond the disruption hype and build a sustainable, full-spectrum innovation strategy.
