EMBA Masterclass:  Unlocking the black box – Understanding modern consumers’ decisions – 8 February

This Masterclass session will discuss what factors affect consumers’ decisions in a very complex marketplace with real life examples. It will also introduce different steps of consumer decision making process and what organizations and businesses can do for each step to better serve modern consumers. 

At this Masterclass, we have invited Sertan Kabadayi, Professor of Marketing at Fordham Gabelli School of Business, to present: “Unlocking the black box – Understanding modern consumers’ decisions”. Professor. Sertan Kabadayi is a part of the EMBA faculty at DTU Learn for Life and is currently teaching our class: “Marketing Management”.
