EMBA Masterclass: Unlock your leadership potential – from expert to managerial role
Exclusive masterclass by DTU Executive MBA with Associate Professor Thomas Fischer
Join us for an insightful masterclass exploring the journey from being an expert to stepping into a leadership role. Led by an Associate Professor of Responsible Leadership from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, this session sheds light on the challenges of moving up the career ladder, and how to deal with them.
In this masterclass, we will address key questions that professionals face when transitioning into leadership:
- How does the nature of work evolve after moving from an expert role to a leadership position?
- What changes occur in power dynamics and interdependence upon taking on a managerial role?
- What skills and strategies are crucial for successfully leading and managing a team of experts?
For this masterclass, we have invited Thomas Fischer, an Associate Professor of Responsible Leadership at the University of Geneva and the Yearly Review Editor of The Leadership Quarterly.
