Who is the MBA programme for?

DTU Executive MBA is an AMBA-accredited Master in Management of Technology programme for ambitious professionals at various stages of their careers who seek to enhance their skills in leadership, innovation, and technology. Participants include current executives and senior managers, aspiring leaders, and mid-career professionals aiming to elevate their impact through an investment in an MBA programme.

Innovation is essential for growth. Without continuous renewal of products, services, processes, and business concepts, companies risk losing market share. That is why the DTU Executive MBA, as a Master in Management of Technology, focuses on innovation, new business creation, and the leadership of current and emerging technologies such as AI.

Every assignment in the programme is designed not only to expand knowledge but also to address real business challenges. In other words, the Executive MBA can be applied in daily work from day one.

Admission requirements include a bachelor’s degree, HD, or equivalent professional experience, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience. This must include at least three years in a managerial role, gained through direct reports, consulting assignments, or project management.

Qualities such as curiosity, adaptability, self-reflection, and strategic insight are important personal attributes for success in the programme.

Speaker

Stephane Guerraz

Stephane Guerraz initially trained as a Certified Actuary, holds a Master in Artificial Intelligence from Dauphine University in Paris with High Honors and an MBA from UC Berkeley in California, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

He started his career as a financial engineer on capital markets and in asset management at
BNP Paribas (Paris), then spent more than ten years as a management consultant on the
West Coast of the US and Canada, helping corporations with digital transformation, transition
to agile, organizational reviews and change, and M&A integration. He co-founded a Fintech
startup, taught entrepreneurship and investment management at the Langara School of
Management in Vancouver and coached teams in business competitions.

He was Head of Executive Education at DTU from 2021 to 2022, and in parallel, runs personal
development workshops.
