EMBA Masterclass: Step into the future of strategy with our Masterclass: When AI Makes Software Cheap, Who Captures the Profits?

Step into the future of strategy with our Masterclass: When AI Makes Software Cheap, Who Captures the Profits?

As AI rapidly reduces the cost of building software, enormous new value is being created across industries. But value creation does not guarantee value capture. As software becomes abundant, the key strategic question shifts from how to build to who gets paid. At the same time, the economic forces that AI unleashes reshuffle the deck of competitive advantages, from proprietary data moats to network effects, from economies of scale to regulatory entrenchment.

Join us for an interactive Masterclass where you will explore how AI may be transforming the structure of the software industry and what that means for your organization.

Through hands-on collaboration and AI-accelerated analysis, you will create possible futures and gain new perspectives on how power is shifting across the value chain and how different players, from startups to incumbents, can position themselves to capture value in an increasingly commoditized landscape.

Don’t miss this opportunity to sharpen your strategic thinking and prepare your organization for a world where software is cheap, but advantage is not.

What you will leave the Masterclass with:

  • How to identify who would capture value in the industry
  • How AI shifts power across the value chain
  • What it means for your company’s strategic position
  • How AI can help you iterate strategic options faster.

This Masterclass provides not only valuable insights but also a taste of the thought-provoking and transformational learning experience offered in DTU’s Executive MBA programme.
