Management of people and professionel development
Overall Course Objectives
The purpose is for the student to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies to develop and manage professional relationships that support competencies, quality and results in relation to the organization’s tasks and needs.

Learning Objectives
- Understand and have knowledge of social and organizational-specific framework conditions and resources that are important for the professional relations inside and outside the organization
- Understand and have knowledge about theories of power, motivation, learning and dynamics at group and individual level
- Understand and have knowledge about theories and methods for professional conversations, staff and skills development
- Identify, analyze, and make use of theories and methods for engaging in professional conversations and relationships with employees and other players in the organization
- Structure and develop professional relationships and collaboration in own organization using technologies, methods and data
- Apply management information and methods to support employees’ learning and skills development, both individually and in communities
- Establish, develop and manage relationships that support collaboration, work environment, quality and results in relation to solving the organisation’s tasks and needs
- Manage learning and development processes with a view to execute the desired effect on professionalism and assignment solving in the organization
