The Technology Race: Future Skills and Capabilities

How can senior HR leaders translate emerging technologies into future-ready capabilities?
This executive masterclass is designed for CPOs, CHROs and senior HR executives navigating a rapidly changing landscape shaped by geopolitical uncertainty, technological shifts and accelerating digital transformation.
Resilience and artificial intelligence (AI) are becoming core leadership priorities. Organisations must not only understand these developments, but also translate them into capability strategies, workforce models and leadership practices.
During the session, DTU professors will provide insights into selected technological developments expected to shape organisational competitiveness and capability needs.
The session combines expert insights with peer exchange among senior HR leaders, enabling participants to reflect on how emerging technologies translate into workforce, organisation and leadership decisions.
Participants will also gain a perspective on future engineering talent and workforce expectations to support strategic capability and talent decisions.
