Professor Liisa Välikangas teaches strategic leadership at DTU Management. Her current research focuses on interstitial innovation across technology and science spaces. Previously she has been affiliated with Aalto University in Helsinki, Stanford University, London Business School and Keio University in Japan. She has also worked for Strategos, a strategic management consulting firm, and SRI International in California’s Silicon Valley. She is known for her publications in strategic renewal and resilience (including The Resilient Organization, McGraw-Hill, 2010 and The Quest for Resilience, Harvard Business Review, 2003) and innovation management (Strategic Innovation, Pearson/Financial Times Press, 2015). Prof. Välikangas has consulted and worked with many small and large companies around the world and served in the board of the Finnish National Innovation Agency, Tekes.

Stephane Guerraz holds an MBA from UC Berkeley in California, a Master in Artificial Intelligence, a CFA Charter holder and an actuary by training. After starting his career as a financial engineer, he spent more than ten years as a management consultant, helping corporations with innovation processes and M&A integration. Stephane joined DTU in early 2019 and was Programme Director for the Executive MBA and then headed DTU Executive Education in 2021 and 2022. Currently, a Management Consultant and EMBA Lecturer with experience developing and delivering executive programmes. Passionate about figuring out the most effective leadership development interventions, he teaches on corporate culture, innovation, and economics, hosts the Leaders in Flow podcast, and runs personal development workshops.
